Mixes, Remixes and Productions released under my name.
Most of the remixes include both extended 12" and single radio 7" versions, with the 7" versions typically
serviced to radio and released as the A-side single, and in some cases included in the album releases.

This is from Celine Dion's first US release. My remix was released on a promo-only CD single, but I don't think it was released commercially, so I don't think I can claim much credit for this record's chart entry.
The 7" single remix was re-released a year later as the b-side of the single "Love Can Move Mountains", which I also remixed.

1987
Live recording of a benefit concert by Duran Duran in New York. Lou Reed joined the band to play Sweet Jane. Originally recorded for a radio show, this was previously only available as a bootleg, but was finally released by EMI as a download in 2010.
Recorded in Paris, and mixed in New York. I had just learned Performer (version 1.2!) and handled some of the sequencing, on top of engineering, mixing and playing guide guitars on most of the tracks, while Warren was still in the US. We actually ended up keeping one of my "primitive" guitar for the final mix of "Do You Believe In Shame", which was fun.
Two singles were released in the US: I Don't Want Your Love (#4) and All She Wants (#22) and are included on the "Decade" and "Greatest" collections. Five tracks are included on the "Biggest and Best" compilation.

Originally, I had several tracks of mini-moog playing all the way through the song, to add a funky/fusion/trippy vibe to the track. The assistant in the session told me "You can't do that on a Madonna record", and sure enough, when Madonna came in the studio and heard the track, she axed the idea.
So what is on the album is really an incomplete, stripped-down version of my original idea. Sometimes I wonder if she would like it now though...
